As an intern, you have the opportunity to see a live project being executed. You will be essentially assisting in the development and management of ongoing projects in various locations. You will be responsible for carrying out various aspects of urban design projects which involve residential layout, construction, estimation marketing, and others. The tasks will be challenging and will help you hone your ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment. Analyze survey reports, Autocad drawings, blueprints, and other data to plan projects.
Plan and design with environmental & government standards, using software drawing tools.
Compute load and material stress factors to determine design specifications.
Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
Presentations of our products to prospective customers.
Understand the prospective customer’s requirements.
Should have adequate knowledge of Real Estate selling
Strong strategic planning and execution skills in sales, marketing, and business strategy.
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English. Effective public speaking skills and presence.
Experience in residential and commercial real estate
Participate in planning, investment, budget, and tax reporting activities.
