A self-confessed dreamer; he had aspirations of starting his own venture through all his growing years. After completing his degree in Bachelor of Engineering from MIT, Manipal, and MTech from NMAMIT, Nitte, he gained several years of corporate work experience specializing in project management.

Despite being very successful in the corporate sphere, he had an inner calling to get back to his roots and build on his entrepreneurial inclinations. He began pursuing his interest in the realty sector, gathering knowledge of the latest market trends and gradually learning the ropes of the business. With endless support from many like-minded people he founded a successful real estate business- “V4 Developers” which is one of the most trusted Real Estate Developers of Udupi District.

Driven by entrepreneurship, he founded Karthik Group, which aims to diversify its portfolio and provide multitudinous facilities under one umbrella each having its own scope of expansion.  Kinfratech thus emerged as part of Karthik Group with an aim to provide unique needs and growing demands of services in the realty sector with a professional touch.

His passion lies in getting determined people across the social spectrum, realize their potential, enabling them to tap on opportunities the modern world provides and set up independent ventures. He hopes to grow together with such dynamic people and work with the vision of the social building.
